VISA FOR FOREIGN FAMILY OF A SAUDI CITIZEN

[A] RESIDENCY VISA FOR A WIFE OF A SAUDI CITIZEN

(The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of INTERIOR. Once the application is approved, the Ministry of foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consulate the sponsor must provide the applicant with the authorization date and number. The applicant must verify that the consular section has received your authorization number. (KINDLY PROVIDE THE VISA SLIP)

    Please submit :
  1. Visa application form (Typed out or hand written in block letters).
  2. Three recent (4x6 cm) photographs with a plain white background (must write name on back).
  3. A valid passport for six months at least from the application date including the place of birth and two blank side by side pages (Original & one copy).
  4. Proof of relationship to the sponsor (the Islamic marriage certificate certified by The Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs).
  5. Non-Canadian applicants must submit a valid residency permit (permanent resident card). (Send only copy of front and back of the PR card).
  6. CCopy of PASSPORT OF sponsor.
  7. Completed medical report form and all test results. The report certified by college of physicians of the issuing province (Original Only). You MUST confirm with your doctor that you have all required test results INCLUDING (HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C - please attach these result pages to the back of the medical report). If any of the 4 results are positive+, your doctor must provide a typed explanation of why they are positive..
  8. Police clearance report (Original Only).
  9. Proof of conversion to Islam (if you converted to Islam or if it is required by ministry of interior).

APPLICATION AND MEDICAL REPORT

 

[B] REQUIREMENTS TO EXTEND EXIT RE-ENTRY VISA OR TO ISSUE A RESIDENCY VISA

(The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of INTERIOR. Once the application is approved, the Ministry of foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consulate the sponsor must provide the applicant with the authorization date and number. The applicant must verify that the consular section has received your authorization number. (KINDLY PROVIDE THE VISA SLIP)

    Please submit:
  1. Visa application form ( Typed out or block letter written ).
  2. Two (2) recent passport size photographs ( 4 CM X 6 CM) stapled on the application.
  3. Original passport. (Original & one copy).
  4. Copy of residency permit (IQAMA).
  5. A certificate print out issued by the passport office in Saudi Arabia which include information about the latest exit re-entry visa issued.
  6. Copy of the sponsor's passport.
  7. Letter from the Saudi sponsor to issue a visa to the applicant to resume residance or work in in the kingdom.
  8. Copy of confirmed reservations must be presented along with the application (itinerary). It must show date of entry to the Kingdom.

APPLICATION

 

[C] VISIT VISA FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHOSE MOTHER OR SPOUSE IS A SAUDI CITIZEN

(The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of INTERIOR. Once the application is approved, the Ministry of foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consulate the sponsor must provide the applicant with the authorization date and number. The applicant must verify that the consular section has received your authorization number. (KINDLY PROVIDE THE VISA SLIP)

    Please submit:
  1. Visa application form ( Typed out or block letter written ).
  2. Original passport valid at least for six months more.
  3. Two photographs (4 cm x 6 cm).
  4. Original and one copy of proof of relationship (birth certificate revealing the mother's and the father's names for the child, a marriage certificate for the husband).
  5. Copy of the Saudi passport and copy of the Saudi I.D of the mother or spouse.
  6. A request Letter from the Saudi citizen to issue a visa.
  7. If a child applying for the visa a letter from the father allowing the child to accompany his mother (copy of two pieces of identification showing his signature).
