BUSINESS VISA (with a letter of invitation)

This type of visa applies to a Canadian applicant who works for a registered Canadian company or firm who is sending them for a business trip to Saudi Arabia

Please note that the visa will be issued at the discretion of the embassy.

Please submit:
1. An original AND a photocopy of the applicant's passport. It must also be valid for at least six months.
2. Visa application form
3. Two recent (4x6 cm) photographs on a plain white background (write name on back).
4. Non-Canadian applicants must submit a copy of their valid residency permit (permanent resident card). (Send only copy of front and back of the PR card)
5. A photocopy of applicant's confirmed airlines reservation.
6. The applicant’s sponsor / business partner in Saudi Arabia must provide:
   a) A letterhead of invitation from the Saudi company addressed to the Consular Section including the following: The civil registration number of the company/owner, company address & telephone number, name of the applicant in full, religion, nationality, passport number, occupation, name of Canadian employer, the purpose of the trip, length of stay and number of entries. the letter must be signed and stamped by a Saudi Chamber of Commerce.    b) A copy of the company’s registration certificate which includes The civil registration number of the company. (please see sample section)
7. The applicant’s Canadian Employer must provide:
   a) A letterhead from a registered company or firm based in Canada addressed to the Consular Section including the following: The name of the applicant in full, religion, nationality, passport number, occupation, name of Saudi Arabian company, the purpose of the trip, length of stay and number of entries. The letter must be signed and stamped by a Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade. (please see sample section)
   b) A copy of the Canadian company’s registration certificate.
